About Ashley

She knows how to stay true to herself when the pressure is high, and she can empower you do the same.
She has also walked the path of miscarriage, prenatal and postpartum anxiety, baby blues, and parenting concerns. Ashley’s lived experience breathes honesty and empathy into her clinical work in these areas.
